Catered Club Living is one of the lifestyle options exclusive to Aden Senior Living, featuring deluxe apartments that have more room, a full kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and additional features focused on adding convenience and comfort. This level of living allows residents to create their ideal retirement lifestyle, living as independently as they want while receiving only the support and care they need.

In addition to rent, services that are included in our monthly service fee are:

• Three chef-prepared meals per day
• Weekly linen service
• Weekly housekeeping services
• Access to team members 24 hours a day
• Emergency call system
• Salus™ lifestyle programs
• Scheduled transportation

An additional fee may be applicable depending on which wellness level an individual needs. This is determined by a wellness review and is completed by our wellness director.

Of course! Our goal at our community is to cater your senior living lifestyle to you – whatever that looks like. The wide variety of floor plans we offer, along with our lifestyle options, make it easy for you to create your ideal retirement lifestyle with your spouse at Aden Senior Living.

As Aden Senior Living is in development, a fully refundable, priority deposit will reserve your spot on our priority depositor list. This holds your place in line to be among the first to choose your apartment of choice as well as receive exclusive founding member benefits. 

Approximately 45 days prior to opening, priority depositors will be able to take a “sneak peek” of the community by way of hard hat tour, and will be able to convert their priority deposit into a reservation deposit. This allows you to reserve your specific apartment of choice by paying the balance of the community fee.
